My recent stay at Otter Trail was generally pleasant. The location was quiet and peaceful, and I felt safe leaving my car parked there. The locals I encountered in town were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the convenience of being able to check into the hotel and enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant simultaneously was a great perk. The live band playing and the balcony in my room added to the overall experience.

I did experience some drawbacks during my stay. There was no mini-fridge, microwave, or phone available, which made it challenging to have certain conveniences during my stay.

loved the cozy, renovated motel with friendly staff, big patio, and great rooms. Not fancy, but perfect for a weekend in Ottertail. Would happily stay there again!

The complimentary coffee and cable TV were a nice touch. The food at the lodge was excellent and so was the band. Love the geographical location, connected to a bar, supper club, and liquor store. Very close to Ottertail Lake with ample parking and electricity for boat batteries.
